The Aspiring and New Leaders Collaborative Community is a unique opportunity designed to cultivate leadership skills for all aspiring and new teacher leaders and school administrators in their first few years in their roles.

Beginning in Fall 2024 and concluding in June 2025, this program aims to build leadership capacity, offering participants the chance to explore their readiness and interest in leadership roles. Through a combination of deepening skills, expanding knowledge, and reflecting on practical experience, this program complements existing leadership development initiatives both within and beyond your current school division.
