Our Team

Inclusive practices and collaborative leadership are at the heart of Collette's vocation as an educator. Collette strives to facilitate the removal of barriers for students and works with learning teams to create the optimal environment for each child’s success.  She specializes in working collaboratively with school leadership teams, teachers, parents and paraprofessionals to create effective and enriching inclusive learning environments encompassing the principles of Universal Design through a collaborative team approach. Collette brings leadership skills within the framework of peer coaching and mentorship and holds a Master of Education in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. Collette is the author and designer of Roadmaps for Beginning Teachers with Jigsaw Learning.
