Kathy Charchun has been an educator for 35 years, serving as a teacher, principal, and K-12 Divisional Numeracy Lead. She currently supports educators in K-12 Math and Numeracy as a Designer of Professional Learning  with APLC. Kathy is passionate about fostering highly effective teaching practices, valuing the power of collaboration, and championing success for all students in inclusive learning environments. She works closely with teachers, school leaders and district leaders to design tailored professional learning opportunities that meet the specific needs of their teams. She is dedicated to finding innovative ways to support teacher growth, enhance student achievement, and inspire a lifelong love of mathematics for all learners.
